Lesson 10: Irrigation Tanks (Tutorial)

INTRODUCTION

The Irrigation Tanks function helps you to:
  1. Calculate the amount of chemicals to add to the water
  2. Register the operation at the same time
  3. Add the consumption to the Inventory
  4. Generate reports and prepare certification 



By the end of the training you will:
  1. Know where the Irrigation tank feature is located.
  2. Understand the information on the screens
  3. Learn how to create and manage an Irrigation Tank
  4. Refill a tank using the app.
As an Admin, you will also learn how to use the Web Portal to:
  1. Check the Irrigation Tank history
  2. Manage the Irrigation Tanks


TRAINING


1 - How do I get to the Irrigation Tank screen?

  1.  > Irrigation > Tanks


How do I read the information on the screen?
  1. Name: Name of the tank
  2. Items: How many products are configured in the tank
  3. Create tank: Create a new tank
  4. Stock: Primary stock linked to the stock


2 - How do I create a tank?

  1. Click on the  on the top right
  2. Name the Tank
  3. Assign a primary stock from where you will use the products
  4. If needed, assign a secondary stock. (This is mostly if you have a secondary stock for Pharmaceuticals)
  5. Add the Volume of the Tank
  6. Use the Notes section to place a reference for reporting, i.e: Secto (Optional)


3 - How do I configure a tank?

Adding products to a tank:

  1. Click on the Tank you wish to configure
  2. Click button on the bottom right
  3. Click on Add new items
  4. Select / search for the item to be added to the tank
  5. Insert the amount of product to be added with a full refill

Removing products from a tank:

  1. Long press the item on the list
  2. Press the delete button on the top right
      


4 - How do I register a Tank refill?

  1. Click on the Tank you wish to configure
  2. Click the Green button on the bottom right
  3. Click on
  4. If needed, you can: 
    1. adjust the amount of water
    2. adjust any amount of the products
    3. Insert a note for tracking or reporting purposes


5- How do I review a Tank refill history?

  1. Click on the Tank you wish to check
  2. On the top right, click   
  3. Select the entry you wish to review
         Note: In this view, you can only add to or edit the notes field.

      



FOR ADMINISTRATORS: 

In the Web Portal, you are able to perform the following operations:
  1. Create an Irrigation Tank
  2. Review the list of irrigation tanks and their configuration 
  3. Review the history of tank refills


1 - Create an Irrigation Tank

Login to the Client Portal > Irrigation > Tanks list , and:
  1. On the Top right click 
  2. As in the mobile app, fill in the Name, Stock, Additional stock (if needed), Volume of the tank and Notes

2 - Review/Edit the Irrigation tanks

  1. Login to the Client Portal  > Irrigation > Tanks list
  2. You can now see all the list of Tanks and their most relevant properties 
  3. To check more details or Edit the Tank, click  on the right side of the screen


3 - Tank Refill History

  1. Login to the Client Portal > Irrigation > Tanks History
  2. Select the time range of the data you want to check: 

  1. To download the information, click on the Excel icon.
  2. To check further information, click on  on the right
  3. Now you can review detailed information on the record such as:
    1. Date
    2. Name of the Tank
    3. Stock
    4. Volume of refill
    5. Notes
    6. Person who made the refill
    7. Products and quantities used
