If you are logging in for the first time with your device and specially if you are using an older device it can take up to 5 mins to do the initial synchronization.

Please make sure to have good internet connection and leave the application on.

In case you this is not your first time logging in, or it takes more than 5 minutes, please contact us and send us your make and model of the device.
