Lesson 5 - Register Harvest
By the end of the training, you will know how to:
- Understand the various collection registration options
- Individual registration
- Shared registration
- Multiple registration
- Know how to edit or delete a collection record
1 - The various options for harvest registration
Depending on the time of the harvest phase, and the way each company works, FarmUp offers 3 ways to enter the workers' harvests in a simple and precise way.
1.1 Individual Harvest Record
Most common method recorded crop by crop.
- During the process of creating the crop working map the app suggests to register the crop
- You only need to choose the first time the working map, packaging and then you only need to choose worker and box
- To delete a registration just move your finger to the left and click on the icon
1.2 Shared Record
- Suitable for situations where you want to share the entire harvest across the team.
- Often used during the beginning and end of harvest
1.3 Multiple Record
- Alternative method for those who enter the harvest sum of workers at once
- In this case, the main collection screen is used because usually this entry is made some time after the creation of the workmap
2 - How do I add, edit or delete harvest records?
There are two ways at your disposal:
2.1 Entering the workmap
The advantage is that it will only show the entries of the selected map.
2.2 Harvest Screen
- Best suited to take advantage of the filters, and harvest totals.
- Should also be used as a screen for fruit quality control input
FOR ADMINISTRATORS:
In the Web Portal, you can perform the following functions:
- Consult the collection records
- Consult the harvest summary
- Consult the mass movement report
- Scrap and Industrial Percentage
2 - Harvest Summary Report
This report shows the performance of each worker in the chosen time frame, as you also have available filters of worker, Company and location you can use this report to:
- Company performance study
- Sector performance study
The report shows the results for the day, but if you wish, select the date range to see more data.
- To export the information press and paste into Excel or other software of your choice
- You can take advantage of the search function where you can type, worker name, date, package, etc.
3 - Mass Movement Report
This report shows a summary of the harvest, scrap and industrial harvest, This is a report used for GLOBALG.A.P.
- The report shows the results for the day, but if you wish, select the date range to see more data.
- To export the information press and paste into Excel or other software of your choice.
4 - Percentage of scrap and industrial
This report shows a summary of the percentage of scrap and industrial harvest in each sector.
- The report shows the results for the day, but if you wish, select the date range to see more data.
- To export the information press and paste into Excel or other software of your choice.
