INTRODUCTION

FarmUp has some less obvious features that might be useful for you:
  1. Email Reports sent via app (for Leads&Admins)
  2. "Working Now" list


By the end of this training you will understand:
  1. What is the email report and how to use it (for Leads & Admins)
  2. What is the "Working Now" list and how to use it

TRAINING

1 - What is the email report and how do I use it?

The email report was initially created for farmers to be able to quickly send the harvest and timesheet information to themselves, accountants and staffing providers.
Note: This feature is only available for for Leads & Admins


How do I send the report?

  1. Click  followed by 
  2. Select the dates
  3. Insert the email to send it to
  4. If needed filter the Staff provider and/or sector


Example of the *.xls report you will receive over email: 




2- What is the 'Working Now' list and how do I use it?

The working now List was created to:

  1. Give you a quick view of who is on the field at the moment
  2. Provide you with a list of the workers and where they are located (in the case of an emergency)
  3. Provide you useful information that might be requested during a planned or surprise inspection

How do I check the list?

  1. Click  (Staff), followed by  (Filter) on the top left
  2. Select 'Working Now'
