Lesson 11: Crop Assessment (Tutorial)

INTRODUCTION

The harvest evaluation feature helps you to:
  1. Create a simple and quick system to do quality testing of your harvest
  2. Associate a penalty to the harvest bonus when you have quality problems
  3. Easily register rejected fruit and issue a penalty to the whole team
  4. Get reports that help you identify who has quality problems in the harvest
  5. Obtain reports of the types of defects and quantities of impacted fruit


At the end of the training, you will:
  1. Know where and how a harvest assessment record is entered.
  2. Know where the records screen is
  3. Understand the information on the screens.
As an Administrator, you will also learn:
  1. Know where and how to set up the harvest assessment.
  2. View the reports on the web portal


TRAINING

1 - How do I reach the harvest evaluation screen?

  1. Option 1: Click  , followed by  harvest evaluation
  2. Option 2: Click on the bottom menu, followed by in the upper right corner




2 - How do I add harvest evaluation records?

Within the harvest evaluation screen, click on  on the top right corner. 
  1. Date: Select the day related to the record
  2. Harvest Map: Select the working map concerning to the record
  3. Defect Type: Selects the type of defect observed
  4. Bonus MultiplierIndicates the penalty multiplication value. (Only an admin can change the value)
  5. Box: The type of box (Optional)
  6. Number of Boxes: Number of affected boxes (Optional)
  7. Weight: Value will be calculated if you fill in the type of box and quantity, or you can fill in directly (Optional)
  8. Notes (Optional)
Select  to save the information. 

      


3 - How do I read the information on the default record screen?

In this screen you can see the behavior records of the day.
  1. Defect Type
  2. Worker: Number and name of the worker
  3. Author: Number and name of the author of the record
  4. Weight: Weight recorded as affected
  5. Time: Time of the record
  6. Add: Add record
  7. Filters: Date, Location, Defect type, worker



4 - How do I select and read the information on the entry screen by worker?

In order to alternate between the screens on the bottom right press  
  1. On this screen you can consult the list of records by worker
  2. The information offered is similar to the defects records screen but focused on the entries per worker
  3. On this screen you can also filter by: Date, Location, defect type, worker



5 - Configuration (for Admins)

How the Bonus Multiplier works:
  1. This field is to help the bonus or salary adjustment calculation 
  2. If a worker has multiple records during a day, the multiplier with lower value will be displayed in the report, for example if there is a multiplier with 0.8 and another with 0.1, the one with 0.1 will be displayed
  3. Admins can change the multipliers for each record in the application 
How to configure the default types:
  1.   Click followed by 
  2.  Configurações
  3.   Defeitos de colheita.
To edit the name or multiplier value just click on the record and edit the value.
