How is the harvest bonus calculated for each worker?
Each worker's daily bonus is a sum of the bonuses achieved in each work map, and then multiplied by the harvest evaluation and behavioral evaluation bonuses (multipliers).
Example:
Map 1: Worker harvested 8Kg in two hours, which corresponds to 4kg/h (Achieves bonus level 1.5)= (8kg * 1.5 = 12)

Map 2: Worker harvested 6Kg in two hours, which corresponds to 3kg/h (Achieves bonus level 1.1)= (6kg * 1.1 = 6.6)

Map 3: Worker harvested 3Kg in two hours, which corresponds to 1.5kg/h (Does not reach bonus level)= (3kg * 1= 3)
Subtotal: 12 + 6.6 + 3 = 21.6
Then both the harvest and behavioral assessment multipliers are taken into account:
Example 1: Positive behavioral record of 1.2 (proactivity) and negative harvest assessment record of 0.8 (excess ratio fruit mold)
21.6 * (1.2 * 0.8) = 20.7
Example 2: No behavioral record or harvest assessment record
21.6 * (1 * 1) = 21.6
Example 3: Positive behavioral record of 0 (unprofessional behavior) and positive harvest record of 1.2 (above average quality)
21.6 * (0 * 1.2) = 0
